Orville W Hunt

Orville W. Hunt, 91, of Crystal Lake, Illinois, formerly of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, died at Crystal Pines Nursing Home in Crystal Lake on September 7, 2014. Orville was born on April 10, 1923 in Oshkosh the son of William and Adeline Hunt. He married Betty Rescheske in 1947 in Oshkosh. Betty preceded him in death in 1976.Orville was a WWII Army veteran and was a Barber in Berlin and Oshkosh, WI. Throughout his life Orville loved music and played the guitar and the double string bass. He enjoyed his family, pets, and spending time with his grandchildren.Survivors include his daughters, Suzanne (Bruce) Hunt Paterson of New Braunfels, TX, Nancy (Richard) Hunt Macia of Fitchburg, WI, Kathleen Kitty (Joseph Gregoria) Hunt of McHenry IL; grandchildren, William and Benjamin Paterson, Jamie and Allie Macia, Dan and Josh Gregoria; and great grandchildren, Lennon and Lily Paterson.Family and friends may visit at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home (Eastside) on Friday, September 12, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be a time of sharing starting at 3:00 p.m. followed by burial and military honors at Peace Lutheran Cemetery.In lieu of flowers the family requests that you honor Orville by making a donation to a pet charity of your choice.
