Palmer Keith Postl

Palmer K. Postl, 84 of Omro, died at his residence on Monday, April 16, 2007. He was born in Oshkosh, a son of Frank and Esther Barthels Postl. Palmer married Doris Krueger in Oshkosh on May 14, 1948. She preceded him in death on October 11, 2002. Palmer had been employed by the Deltox Company until its closure, then began employment with Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, and continued there until his retirement. Palmer loved the outdoors; was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed traveling. He is survived by one brother, Forrest Postl, Oshkosh; one brother-in-law Lester, Fabisch, Richland, NC; one sister-in-law, Gertrude Postl, Oshkosh; nieces and nephews. In keeping with Palmers wishes, there will be no funeral services.
