Patricia A. Nichols, age 81, of Oshkosh, was called home by the Lord on Friday January 20, 2017 while asleep at her residence. She was born on July 11, 1935 in Oshkosh a daughter of Elwin and Dorothy Clark Elsworth. She married Charles A. Nichols on October 18, 1952 in Oshkosh.She enjoyed knitting afghans and sweaters for her family, listening to gospel music and Elvis, gardening and cutting wood. For nine years she helped deliver Meals on Wheels and was a former executive assistant at Mercy Medical Center.She is survived by her husband Charles, two sons Douglas (Patti) Nichols, Randall (Lori) Nichols, one daughter Penny (Michael) Matulle, her grandchildren Katie Nichols, Jeni Nichols, Dan (Sherrie) Nichols, Heidi (Ethan)Vokral, Rebecca (William) Meulemans, Amanda (Nicholas) Belville, Elizabeth (Nathan) Michael, Michael Nichols, Stacey Nichols, her great-grandchildren Devan, Marlee, Ava, Charlie, Camille, Harrison, Sawyer, Brian, one brother Elwin (Carol) Elsworth, one sister Marjorie (Midge) Berrig.She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Thomas Nichols and a brother-in-law David Berrig.Visitation for Patricia will be held on Monday, January 23, 2017 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., immediately followed by the funeral service. Burial will be in Borth Cemetery on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 11a.m.
