Paul Pamer passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side on Sunday, December 7, 2014 after a four year battle with congestive heart failure. Paul was 70 years old. He was born in Gyorkony, Hungary on March 21, 1944 to Michael and Elizabeth Pamer.Paul immigrated from Germany to the United States in November 1955. He proudly attained his citizenship in November 1966.In September 1969 he married Mary Lou Boucher and they recently celebrated 45 years of marriage.In 1982 Paul took over the family farm from Don and Rita Boucher. He turned it into Pamer Farms LLP. He owned and operated Pamer Farms through many hardships but he never gave up. Over the years ownership of the farm was successfully transitioned to his son, Michael Pamer. Paul was proud to see its continuing success. This transition allowed Paul the opportunity to travel. He enjoyed many National Parks, 14 trips to Disney World, Germany, Hawaii, wintering in Arizona and taking an Alaskan cruise so he could see Mount McKinley. One of his greatest joys was spending time and creating lasting memories with his grandchildren. Paul will be remembered for his hard work ethic and his generosity to his family and his friends.Paul is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Pamer; his wife, Mary Lou; he is also survived by three sons, Dan (Kris) Pamer of Oshkosh, Brian (Erika) Pamer of Oshkosh, Mike (Jane) Pamer of Winneconne; eight grandchildren, Zach (Sarah Buyeske) Pamer, Brooke Pamer, Justin Pamer, Breanna Pamer, Ben Pamer, Hayden Pamer, Ava Pamer, and Mollie Pamer. Paul is further survived by two brothers Mike Pamer of Oshkosh, John Pamer of Florida; sister-in-laws, Chris Behrend, Donna (Sue Mills) Boucher, Carol (Bill) Michels, Becky (Chris) Pettit, Ellen (Dave) Smolinski, Teressa (Bill) Pedroff; brother-in-laws, Luke (Sandy) Boucher, Joe (Jamie Spoor) Boucher, Mark (Debbie) Boucher.He is preceded in death by his father, Michael Pamer; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Rita Boucher.The family would like to give a special thank you to Home Health and Hospice Services, especially his favorite nurse Liz. Funeral services for Paul will be at 6:00 pm, Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until the time of service. Internment will take place privately at Lake View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.And God said This is my son with whom I am well pleased and its time to come home. Mathew 3:17
