Phyllis Annette Allen

Phyllis A. P.D. Allen, 64, of Oshkosh, WI, died on Monday, September 17, 2012 at Northpoint Medical, Oshkosh. She was born on September 19, 1947 in Robstown, TX the daughter of Cecil and Cleo Allen Sr. Phyllis was a Dallas Cowboy and Texas Longhorn fan and enjoyed listening to music, reading, and the beach. Survivors include her son, Gary (Fiance - Seneca) Bivens of Oshkosh; daughters, Kendra and Tiffany Demers of Texas; grandson, Logan Bivens of Oshkosh; brother, Cecil Allen Jr of Texas; and sisters, Twinkle (Danny) Adams of Texas, Belinda Cis Bivens of Missouri. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gary Lynn Allen.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Noon at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home (Eastside). Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 AM to Noon.
