Reinhard Helmut Willi Roehlig

Reinhard H.W. Roehlig, 60, of Oshkosh, died Monday December 10, 2007 at Aurora Medical Center. He was born April 8, 1947 in Germany the son of Hans and Gertrude Mogge Roehlig. On January 26, 1974 he married Dorothy Raduenz in Appleton. Reinhard was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church where he was very active. He was past President of the congregation, was an elder for many years, and was the chairman of the building committee. He was the owner of Roehlig Land Surveying & Consulting for about 10 years. He was then employed with RA Smith & Associates/National Survey & Engineering. He was a member of the Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors, and Winnebago County Homebuilders. He enjoyed traveling, photography, quiet times at Spring Lake, and taking care of his girls. He is survived by his wife Dorothy, two daughters Nicole of Green Bay, Julie(Mark) Gillette of Pewaukee, one sister Roselinda(Bill) Hinkel of Franklin, a niece Jennifer Hinkel, one nephew Christopher Hinkel, two aunts Gerda Roehlig, Maria Mogge, and many Raduenz family members. He was preceded in death by his parents and two uncles Helmut Roehlig, and Willi Mogge. Funeral services will be held on Friday December 14, 2007 at 5 p.m at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church with Rev. James Daugherty officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday at the church from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. A memorial has been established. Thank you for being a loving, caring, supportive husband, father, and friend. We love you and will miss you.
