Richard F. Mueckler

Richard Dick Mueckler, 72, Oshkosh, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016, with his family by his side. He was born December 21, 1943, in Oshkosh, the son of Karl and Elizabeth (Kimball) Mueckler. On June 3, 1972, Richard married Kathleen Reischl in Oshkosh. Dick was employed with Park View Health Center for 30 years until his retirement. He enjoyed model railroading, gardening, and spending time at his trailer at the dells. Dick is survived by his wife, Kathy; a daughter, Becky; and many good friends.He was preceded in death by his parents and mother- and father-in-law, Richard and Arlyle Reischl; a sister-in-law, Ruth Reischl. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2016, at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive, Oshkosh, with Chaplain Mary Howard officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Oshkosh. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the service. Dicks family would like to express a sincere thanks to the ICU and first floor nurses at Mercy Medical Center for their compassion, care and kindness.
