Robert R. Lawler Sr.

Robert R. Lawler Sr., 91, of Oshkosh died Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at his residence. He was born January 27, 1923, in Oshkosh to William and Lucille Lawler. He married Virginia G. Radig on March 2, 1946.Robert served with honor in the South & Western Pacific Theatre for the U. S. Army during WWII. He had worked for 38 years at ADT Security Systems in both Oshkosh and Milwaukee.Robert is survived by his wife, Virginia of Oshkosh; a son, Robert (Darlene) Lawler Jr. of Marinette; a sister, Jane Hansen; two granddaughters, Patricia (Steve) Beado and Traci Paris; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death an infant brother, Charles Lawler.A visitation for Robert will be held Monday, June 9, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Lake View Memorial Park and entombment will follow.
