Shirlene Louise Marotz

Shirlene L. Marotz, 79, of Oshkosh died Tuesday March 4, 2008 at Bethel Home. She was born September 7, 1928 in the Town of Crystal Lake, Marquette County a daughter of the late William and Aurelia Hallmann Zabel. Shirlene married Earl Marotz on August 16, 1952 in Westfield. Shirlene was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. When in the Madison area she worked a Quisling Clinic and Wisconsin Bell. Survivors include her husband Earl Marotz of Oshkosh, many nieces, nephews, a cousin, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law. She was preceded in death by a sister Jeanette Zuehlke and infant sister Arlouine Zabel. Funeral services for Shirlene will be held Saturday March 8. 2008 at 1:00 PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rev. David Pagel officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Westfield. A memorial to Immanuel Lutheran Church will be established.
