Valinda Devlin

Valinda E. Devlin, 98 passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at home, surrounded by her family. She was born October 25, 1915 to the late Albert and Elda (Krueger) Splittgerber. She married Merritt Devlin on November 18, 1938 in Clintonville. He preceded her in death on July 7, 1981. Valinda enjoyed traveling, ceramics, cards and puzzles, and spending time with her family.She is survived by two sons, Wayne Devlin, Pine River, Dennis (Patty) Devlin, WA, two daughters, Linda Lou Baerwald, Oshkosh, Sandy (Ronald) Bartow, WA, step daughter, Maryann Betts, TN, 18 grand children, Ron Jr. (Nancy) Bartow, MO, Penny (John) Slick, WA, Sheila (Donnie) Morrison, WA, Tracy Pitz, WA, Pam Boetcher, Oshkosh, Susan (Cory) Kopplin, Oshkosh, Bill (Christina) Devlin, Omro, Mark Devlin, Omro, Scott Devlin, Omro, Angella (Calvin) Parke, WA, Allen (Stefie) Devlin, WA, Dawn (James) Aalagard, WA, Wendy (Josh) Burke, WA, Vickie (Steve) Osterloh, MO, Jean (Pete) Wood, TN, Cheryl (Cal) Ruska, WI, Susan (Bill) Trethwey, CO, David Betts, WI, great grand-children, great-great, and great-great-great grand-children too numerous to list. She was preceded in death by he husband, Merritt, two sisters, Melda Honish, and Arlene Zehren.Services will take place on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1206 Ontario St.. Visitation will be from 10am until the time of service at 11am, with Rev. Paul Lidtke officiating. Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Park.
