Wayne C. Chapman

Wayne C. Chapman, 73, of Oshkosh passed away, with his family at his side, on Thursday April 25, 2013 at Bethel Home. He was born Sept. 10, 1939 in Kansas a son of Kenneth and Lorraine Chapman.Wayne enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, traveling, and all kinds of sports.Wayne is survived by his children, Tracie (Chris) Doyle of Appleton, Patrick (Shari) Chapman of Eureka, Shawn Chapman of Oshkosh, Carrie (Dana) Strand of Amherst Junction, Christopher (Andrea) Chapman of FL, Michael Chapman of New London, Christopher and Coy of Wisconsin, Samantha Sawall of Oshkosh, Dree Chapman of Oshkosh, Kayla Chapman of Oshkosh, and Riley Chapman of LaCrosse; twenty + grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Gail Schimmer and Patricia Chapman; two brothers, Clyde Chapman and Richard Chapman; and his ex-wife Carol Lewis. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Roger.Per Waynes wishes a private memorial service will be held.Waynes family would like to thank the Affinity Hospice staff and Mercy Oakwood Nurses and Dialysis staff for all the care he received. A special thanks to his daughter Dree for standing strong with Wayne through all of his struggles.
