Willard Carlson passed away Wednesday July 29th. He was born in Racine, WI in 1925. He is survived by his son John Carlson of Oshkosh, daughter Julie Wolk (Douglas) of Oshkosh, grandchildren Adam Carlson, Elizabeth Wolk and Annie Wolk.In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for Willard and Val Carlson at the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation."A great man will be greatly missed, we love you."
