Alvin Ray Soward

Alvin Al R. Soward, 56, of Oshkosh, died unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, May 16, 2007. He was born on July 26, 1950 in Stevens Point the son of Howard and Margaret Schenck Soward. Al worked for Medalist Industries for many years and now was working at Lapham-Hickey Steel Corp. He was a Marine Corps veteran and enjoyed partying, golfing, bowling, and having a good time at the South End Zone. Survivors include his mother, Margaret Soward; sister, Mabel Kolgen; and brother, Tom (Colleen) Soward all of Oshkosh.Al was preceded in death by his father, Howard; brother, Howard W. and sister, Marjorie Louise.There will be a private family service at a later date. Inurnment will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Bancroft.
