Carol A. Raugh

Carol A. “Maynard” Raugh, age 83 of Oshkosh, passed away on September 21, 2025. She was born on September 8, 1942. Carol was united in marriage to the love of her life, Harvey Raugh, on September 8,1962 and together they raised two children.

For many years, Carol worked at Mercury Marine and made lots of great memories there and beyond. Maynard and Harvey shared a passion for adventure, whether it was camping, traveling, hitting the casinos, snowmobiling, or bowling. They truly made the most of every moment together.

Carol is survived by her children, Shane (Peg) Raugh and Leah Raugh; grandson, Kody Raugh; brothers, Mike, Bert and Tracy; sisters, Cyndy, Sandy, Renee and Pam. She is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Raugh; brother, Harold; sisters, Bonnie, Julie and Chris.

A funeral service for Carol will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Dr. Oshkosh, WI 54904. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12:00 pm until the time of the service, followed by burial at Lake View Memorial Park.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Aurora at Home Hospice, especially Amy, for the compassionate care provided to Carol, and to her sister Cyndy, who stood by her side until the end. Maynard will always be remembered for her vibrant spirit and the joy she brought to everyone around her.
