Charlotte A. Fisher

Charlotte A. Fisher, age 80, of Oshkosh, WI, passed away on January 21, 2026, at Lakeshore Manor, in Oshkosh.

Charlotte was born on January 1, 1946, daughter of the late Vernon and Annis (Jackson) Jolin. She graduated from Oshkosh High School and went on to earn her nursing associates degree to become an LPN. Charlotte cared for many over her years at Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh and Parkview Health Center. She was incredibly kind and caring. It showed in the way she put others before herself.

Charlotte loved animals, especially her special cat, Smokie. She enjoyed watching sports. She was an avid Packer fan.

Charlotte is survived by her son, Scott (Alisa) Rasmussen; grandchildren, Miranda and Bryant; brothers, Ken, Don, Lloyd, Vernon Jr., Gerald, and Jon; sisters, Emmie and Mary; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her brothers, Robert and Edward; and sister, Evelyn.

Per Charlotte's wishes, no services will be held.
