August 15, 1955 — June 1, 2026

David B. Behrend, 70 of Oshkosh, passed on June 1, 2026. Son of William and Josephine (Yanko) Behrend, born August 15, 1955.

He attended Oshkosh West High School. He worked in manufacturing and had a tree trimming business.

He loved and was passionate about his family and enjoyed spending time together. He was always willing to help whenever he could. He made it a point to try to stay positive. Showing all the positivity, love and friendship everyone deserves. While also showing that humor and stubbornness we all know he had. He especially loved and took pride in all his grandkids.

Dave was an avid fisherman and hunter. If not at home or visiting family, you could find him catching another fish. He had the best fish fries. He loved playing the piano, learning every song by ear. Most of his life he always had a dog by his side.

Dave is survived by his children, Jennifer (James Mall) Behrend, Justin Antonakis, David Behrend, Cassie (Kelley) Koch, Katilyn (Randy Howie) Kleveno, Ariel (James) Correll; Sister, Susan Schmidt and Patty (Gary) Schneider. 15 Grandchildren, one great-grandchild, along with many other family members and friends.
