Deven Kenneth Miner

Deven Miner, age 19, of Oshkosh, WI, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2026.

Deven came into this world early and ready to pass every test on November 4, 2006 in Berlin, WI. He was born to Aaron Miner and Samantha Clough. Deven was diagnosed with quadriplegic cerebral palsy early in life.

Deven graduated from Oshkosh North high school. After he graduated, he went to Clarity Care Day Service. He just loved his teachers and peers. He loved his routine and was so ready to GO whenever there were trips and activities.

Deven was an avid Wrestling fan and had a chance to meet John Cena through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He loved swimming, car rides to anywhere, walks, playing video games with dad, and most of all his sister. Deven adored his sister, Jaci. He was living through her, whenever she came into a room he would light up and shriek and giggle. He just loved being around her.

Deven is survived by his parents, Aaron Miner and Samantha Clough; sister, Jaci Miner; grandmother, Betty Clough; grandfather, Ken Miner; aunts, Lynette Potter, Andrea Pingel, Nicole Clough, Brittney Shrock, Ashley Ambler, and Sarah Miner; uncles, Steven Miner, Phillip Lerma, and Travis Miner; and lots of cousins.

Deven was preceded in death by his grandma, Jane Miner.

Deven was the strongest boy anyone could ever know. His favorite phrases were "I go" and "thank you". He lit up every room with his gigantic smile. Deven had the best laugh and the best attitude towards life.

A funeral service for Deven will be at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes-Eastside (402 Waugoo Ave) on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 6:30PM. A time of visitation will be held from 4:30Pm until the time of service.
