Dona Jean Sullivan

Dona J. Sullivan, 77, of Oshkosh entered into her Lords kingdom on Wednesday Sept. 27, 2006 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born June 22, 1929 in Oshkosh a daughter of Edward L. and Matilda (Koch) Augsburger. Dona married Bernard Sullivan on May 20, 1967 in Omro. Dona worked for Payne Lumber Co. for over 33 years. She was a member of Zion Ev. Lutheran Church. Dona enjoyed sewing in her free time. She is survived by her husband Bernard of Oshkosh; a sister Nancy (Henry) Hartman of Oshkosh; a nephew Carter (Sue) Augburger of Oshkosh; two nieces Peggy (Joe) Zacchilli of Mass. and Kristy (Tim) Begun of Menasha; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Dona was preceded in death by her parents, parents-in-law George and Geraldine Sullivan, a brother Marlin Augsburger, and uncle Adam Koch. Funeral services for Dona will be held Sunday October 1, 2006 at 7:00 PM at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church (400 N Sawyer St.), Rev. Clyde Friedman officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Sunday from 4 PM until the service. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park. A memorial has been established to Zion Ev. Lutheran Church. Donas family would like to express their thanks to the attending nurses at Mercy Medical Center, the staff in the wound center, and Drs. Robert Weber and Michael Duffy.
