Elizabeth Betty H. (Lowther) Dunn, age 81, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Bridgewood Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born on December 14, 1931 the daughter of John and Clara (Upshenbeck) Lowther in Wisconsin.She is survived by her son, Paul Lowther of Oshkosh; two brothers, Larry (June) Lowther of Oshkosh and Raymond (Phyllis) Lowther of Michigan. She is further survived by three granddaughters Callie, Kristina, and Paula.Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers Leo and John Lowther.A graveside service will be held for Betty at Lake View Memorial Park on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.
