Ethel Marie Gerrits

Ethel Marie Gerrits (Holman), 88, dearest mother and wife, passed away on October 3, 2025. Born on January 12, 1937 in Valverde, Kansas, Marie’s love and devotion to her family were unsurpassed.

Marie was a seamstress, baker, and crafter, making wonderful creations for family and friends throughout her life. She gardened, played cards, and loved watching baseball. She also enjoyed many yearly road and camping trips with her family to visit relatives and favorite spots.

Marie is survived by her husband of 58 years, Raymond, her children Pamela and Richard, brothers and sisters-in-law, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother.

She will be greatly missed, yet always in our hearts.

A private service will be held by her family.
