Harry Joseph Lund

Harry Joe Joseph Lund, 59 of Oshkosh, died peacefully at his residence on Sunday May 17, 2009. He was born on December 15, 1949 son of Elizabeth (Lund) Sherwood and Harry J. Druggish.He worked for the Omro School District for 25 years and was a member of St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church. He had served his country in the U.S. Army 1969-1972.Joseph was a huge NY Yankee fan, and enjoyed many outdoor activities: hunting, playing softball, but his real passion was fishing.He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth (Lund) Sherwood; fiance, Gwenn Fisher; sons Joe (Lori) Lund and Tim (Laura) Lund; daughters, Lisa (Dave) Hendrickson and Sara Fisher; grandchildren, Kayci, Ariel, D.J., Tayler, Alli and Holton; great granddaughter, Destiny; brothers Ronald (Diane) Lund, Larry (Karen) Sherwood, Jerry (Mickey) Sherwood and Scott (Wanda) Sherwood; sister, Cindy (Ron) Boone; special friends, Ray and Gail Stevens; and mother of his children, Patricia Fischer. He was preceded in death by a brother, Charlie; his father Harry J. Druggish; his step-father, Frank Sherwood; his grandparents; and a granddaughter, Ireland.A memorial gathering for Joseph will be on Wednesday May 20, 2009 at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Eastside from 3-7 PM.In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
