Janet A. Rotter

Janet A. Rotter, age 95 of Oshkosh, passed away peacefully at Aurora Medical Center on August 25, 2026 after a sudden illness. She was born on February 4, 1931 to the late Stanley and Alice (Bender) Fell. Janet was united in marriage to George Rotter on August 7, 1954 and had two children. She was a public school teacher all of her working career.

She is lovingly survived by her children, Kathy Rotter and Michael Rotter; grandchildren Dave Patt and Rachel (John) Ellis; great grandchildren: Miles and Lily.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Rotter; siblings, Frank (Jessie) Fell and Robert (Faith) Fell.

Per Janet’s wishes, cremation will take place and no formal services will be held.
