Jeffrey A. Hoehne

Nov 27, 1958 — Jul 9, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of our beloved son, brother, and uncle, Jeffrey A. Hoehne, age 67, of Oshkosh, who passed away on July 9, 2026.

Jeff graduated from Winneconne High School, Class of 1978. Following high school, Jeff worked at the Lone Elm cheese factory in Van Dyne. He later enrolled in the FVTC Culinary Arts program and was employed in food service at UWO for many years.

Jeff was very talented in ceramics and woodworking. He enjoyed creating pieces to give as gifts to his mother, who loved receiving them as much as he loved making them. He also sold his "pole people" to coworkers and gifted them to family members and friends. An avid fisherman in his younger days, Jeff loved fishing the Rat River with his step-brother Alan, and later purchased a boat to fish the local rivers. Jeff also enjoyed gardening, canning, pickling, and baking, and loved sharing his treats with family during the holidays.

Jeff is survived by his loving mother, Marilyn Immel; sister, Amy Weigand (Phillip Koepke); step-sister, Laurie Schuh (Dave Heinrich); step-brother, Alan (Shannon) Immel; step-brother, Jim Immel; special niece, Brianna (Jerred) Friday; brother-in-law, Jim Angell; niece, Kasi (Ryan) Wautlet; nephew, Daniel (Maddy) Angell; nephew, Luke Immel; great-nephew, Jace Friday; great-niece, Lainey Friday; great-nephew, Kade Friday; and several other nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Kenneth Immel; grandparents, Merle and Alvin Hoehne; step-grandmother, Grace Immel; step-brother, Paul Immel; step-sister, Gail Angell; step-nephew, Nicky Plummer; and step-niece, Kellie Plummer.

A service for family and friends will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Eastside, 402 Waugoo Ave. at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will take place at Grace Lutheran Cemetery in Winchester.

The family extends a heartfelt thank you to Katie at Oshkosh Family for her kindness and support, which truly made a difference. We would also like to express our gratitude to the caring staff of Edenbrook of Omro and Moments Hospice for their compassionate care.
