Jeffrey Lynn Brown, age 42, Oshkosh, died Friday, May 28, 2010, at his home. He was born November 5, 1967, in Stevens Point, son of Joseph G. and Sandra J. (Hall) Brown. Jeff graduated from Berlin High School in 1986 and had extended Truck Driver Training at Fox Valley Technical College in 1995 and 1998. Jeff drove truck for Craig Trucking, Waste Management and most recently with the Winnebago County Highway Dept. Jeff was a proud spokesman for The Standing Company and volunteered demonstrations. Jeff was an avid sportsman, loving to hunt and fish. He was active in many clubs and organizations, including North American Hunting Club, Adaptive Sportsmen, Ducks Unlimited, the National Rifle Association, Wheelin Sportsmen NWTF, Beyond the Boundaries, UFFDA Buffalo County Hunt, Fox-Wolf Chapter, and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO. In addition, Jeff took pride and enjoyed being a Hunter Education Instructor and just recently received a 2 year Safety Education Instructor award. Jeff is survived by his two sons, Dylan and Matthew Brown of Oshkosh; his parents, Joseph Brown, Sr. of Winneconne and Sandra Brown of Ripon; his sister, Lisa (Jeffrey) Hunger of Berlin; his identical twin brother, Joseph (Victoria) Brown, Jr. of Winneconne; his nieces, Heather, Emily and Jenifer; his nephews, Jonathan, Andrew and Patrick; many aunts, uncles, cousins; and special friend, Buster. Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lynn and Leona Hall; grandparents, Alvin and Juanita Brown; his uncle, Fred Brown; and cousin, Daniel Mortensen. Visitation for Jeffrey L. Brown will be held Thursday, June 3rd at 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside. Burial will be in Ogdensburg Park Cemetery on Friday, June 4th at 11:00 a.m. A memorial has been established. Jeff was most generous of his time and would extend a hand to anyone in need. He was a wonderful father, son, brother and uncle who will be missed by many. The family would like to thank the many Doctors, Nurses, Family and Friends who have been a part of Jeffs life. In addition, they extend thanks and appreciation to everyone who has been there for them during this time.
