Jenny Rose Kirchen

Jenny Rose Kirchen, 86, of Deming New Mexico died May 20, 2026, at Willow Manor.

She was born on September 6, 1939, to Edward Filtz Sr. and Mary Margaret Filtz (Adamski) at St. Michaels Hospital in Steven's Point, Wisconsin.

Jenny was a loving devoted wife, mother, grandma, sister, and friend to many, and will be missed deeply.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Filtz Sr. and Mary Margaret Filtz (Adamski); husband, Albert (Nick) Kirchen; son, Michael Robert Schrader; brothers, Edward Filtz Jr, Barney Filtz, and Frank Filtz; sister, Bernice Beson VanDoren.

Jenny is survived by daughters, Christine (Victor) Zamora and Laurie Baumgartner (Jeff Irving); brothers, Paul Filtz, and Joe (Kathy) Filtz; sisters, Sue (Terry) Luscher, and Mary Pascoe; significant other, Daniel Kline; grandchildren, Damian Baumgartner, Nathan Baumgartner, Matthew (Anna) Mohr; great grandchildren, Mason, Skyler and Annabelle Baumgartner, as well as many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

A memorial service for Jenny will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, 12:00pm, at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive, Oshkosh, WI. Visitation will begin at 10:30am.

Private Burial for Jenny will be held at Fort Bayard National Cemetery, New Mexico.
