John Clarence Erdman

John C. "Jack" Erdman, 82, of Oshkosh died on Sunday, August 22, 2010 at Sterling House in Oshkosh. Jack was born on November 30, 1927 in Oshkosh the son of Clarence and Eunice Jones Erdman. He married Betty J. Zuehlke on June 1, 1954 in Oshkosh. Betty preceded her in death on January 5, 2003. Jack was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was an Army Air Corps veteran.Survivors include his son; Mark J. (Kay) Erdman and grandchildren; Michael and Bradley Erdman; mother-in-law, Catherine Anderson; sister-in-law, Jacqueline Walters; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Michael and Janice Anderson; nieces, nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, George and Betty Wilcox; brother-in-law Stanley Walters. Abiding with Jack's wishes there will be no service or visitation.
