Judy's journey began in raising two wonderful children with her first husband, Joel Kallman. She later found companionship with her husband, Michael Walsh, who preceded her in death. Throughout her life, Judy was known for her unwavering spirit, working at The Radford Company for many years, where she ascended to the role of Director of Human Resources, a position that was a testament to her dedication and expertise.
A faithful member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Judy cherished her faith and community. An avid runner, she epitomized an active lifestyle, reminding all those around her of the importance of health and perseverance. Her passion for antiquing showcased her eye for beauty and history, which she adored sharing with her family and friends.
Above all, Judy’s heart belonged to her family. She adored her children, Lukas and Annah, as well as their partners Stacy Deshasier and Christian Fruhwirth, and cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren—Austyn, Madelynn, Charlie, and Harper—and her great-grandchildren, Caysen, Eve, and Elowyn; sisters, Susan (Ken) Sawitski and Mary (Mark Stadler) Eiden; former husband, Joel Kallman.
To honor Judy’s life, a memorial service will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside, 402 Waugoo Ave., Oshkosh, WI, on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Chadwick Graham will officiate the service. Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of The Courtyard and Preceptor Hospice for the exceptional care provided during Judith’s final days. May her legacy of love, strength, and joy continue to inspire all who knew her.
