Julie Ann Demski, born on October 19, 1957, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, to Leo and Frances Demski, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2025, at her home in Appleton, Wi.

Julie lived a vibrant and eventful life, facing trials and tribulations with joy, kindness, and an extraordinary generosity of spirit. She touched the lives of many family members and friends and had a deep, abiding love for animals and children.

Raised in the Catholic faith, Julie maintained a strong sense of spirituality throughout her life. She was endlessly patient with children and found great comfort and companionship in her pets—especially her fondly remembered cats Woodstock, Fatso, and Goldie.

Julie is survived by her sister-in-law Rachelle Demski, her brother Anthony Demski, her nephews, Jacob Demski and Joshua Demski. She is also lovingly remembered by her grandnephews Jakob Schutte and Galileo Demski, her grandniece Jazz Lienweber, and many cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Frances Demski, and her siblings Leo Demski, Andrew Demski, and Christine Demski.

Julie will be remembered for her wild adventures, her open heart, her gentle soul, and the kindness she gave so freely to others.

She was a white bird in a golden cage, now she is free to fly.
