Linda J. Mathe

Linda J. Mathe, age 69 of Oshkosh, passed away at Ascension Mercy Hospital-Oshkosh on Thursday, June 22, 2023. She was born on May 27, 1954 to the late Carlton and LaVerne (Dreyer) Paulus in Oshkosh. Linda married Michael “Mickey” Mathe on September 16, 1995, he preceded her in death in 2001.

Some of Linda’s greatest joys in life came from spending time with family, gardening, and watching the birds.

She is survived by her brother, David Paulus; nephew, Mike Matuszczak; niece, Jodi (Robert) McGrath; great-niece, Hannah Matuszczak; great-nephew, Kevin McGrath.

In addition to her parents and husband, Linda was preceded in death by her sister, Sandy (Lynn) Matuszczak; mother-in-law, Delores Mathe.

A memorial service for Linda will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside, 402 Waugoo Ave on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 12:00 PM. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
