Louise A. Tilly, 91, of Oshkosh, died Sunday April 6, 2008 at Aurora Medical Center. She was born on September 26, 1916 in Oshkosh a daughter of Charles and Catherine Meisl Binner. On November 18, 1961 she married Frank Tilly. He preceded her in death on January 6, 2007.She worked as a staff assistant at Wisconsin Telephone Company.She is survived by a step-son Kenneth(Bonnie) Tilly of California. She was preceded in death by two brothers Carl J. and George Binner, and three sisters, Catherine Davis, Elizabeth Hansen, and Mary Simonson; and Frnaks first wife, Helen Tilly.A private service will be held with burial at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
