Lucile Irene Neumann

Lucile I. Neumann, age 95 of Oshkosh, died at Mercy Medical Center on Monday July 25, 2011. Lucile was born in Brownsdale, Minnesota on December 19, 1915, a daughter of the late Frederick and Olga Haberkorn Wollenburg. She married Milton Neumann on April 13, 1940 in Oshkosh.Lucile had been an Elementary School Teacher at a country school and also at Trinity Lutheran School. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.Survivors include her husband Milton Neumann, Oshkosh; two sons, Rev. David (Joleen) Neumann, Iron River, MI, Daniel (Maxine) Neumann, Hartland, WI; two daughters, Barbara (Thomas) Joyce, Chicago, IL; Beverly Neumann, Oshkosh; two sisters, Ora Stuebs, West Salem, WI; Delores Mueller, Oshkosh; nine grandchildren, Rev. Michael (Angela) Neumann, Jessica Neumann, Jennifer Joyce, Carolyn (Paul) Schafer, Charissa (Craig) Breitkreutz, Rev. Joel (Rachel) Neumann, Elisabeth Neumann, Rebecca Neumann, Jonathan Neumann and eleven great grandchildren, Emma, Catharine, Olivia, Malachi, Isabel, Noah, Sophia Neumann; Brett, Caitlynn and Emily Breitkreutz; and Hannah Neumann. She is further survived by nieces and nephews. Lucile was preceded in death by two brothers, Arlyn and Melvin Wollenberg.Funeral services will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 338 N. Eagle St., on Saturday July 30, 2011 at Noon with Rev. David Pagel officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Saturday from 10:00 AM to the time of service. Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Park. A memorial has been established to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
