Michelle L. Ballard

Michelle L. Ballard, age 60 of Oshkosh, passed away at her residence on October 20, 2026. She was born in Oshkosh, WI on January 17, 1966, the daughter of Karen Whitty and Gregory Klinger.

Michelle had a special gift for sewing, a passion she honed while living in Indiana, and she brought her skills back to Oshkosh, where she proudly owned her own seamstress shop. Friends and family will remember her not only for her talent but also for her love of cooking, her joy in grilling during summer, and her cherished bond with her dog.

Michelle is survived by her children, Emily (Conner) Ballard Dumas, Ted Ballard and Alexander Ballard, as well as six grandchildren.

Michelle was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Amy Cline.

A memorial service for Michelle will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2026, at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside, 402 Waugoo Ave. Oshkosh, WI 54901. Visitation will take place from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
