Patricia Laquier

January 22, 1949 — September 23, 2025

Patricia Louise Laquier, age 76, died at her home in Oshkosh, Wisconsin on September 23rd, 2025.

Patricia was born on January 27th, 1949, in Minneapolis, MN- the second of four children born of parents Cecil and Phyllis Sarset. Patricia spent her life living in the Midwest: Minnesota, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin. As a child, Patricia desired to be a nurse, a professional dream she achieved, caring for and serving countless people at all stages of life in their hour of need. Patricia was a woman of deep faith. Her humor, intellectual curiosity and love of animals were widely known by friends and family alike. Songs Patricia wanted played to honor her passing include: My Life Is In You Lord and Come Into His Presence. On the same notecard, Patricia wrote three words- Reflection, Thanksgiving, and Celebration. Words she strove to live by. Words that serve as an invitation to those that knew her.

Patricia was preceded in death by her father Cecil, her mother Phyllis and her youngest brother Robert. Patricia is survived by her three children-David Cambronne, Scott Clausen, Sara Clausen, grandchildren- Nicholas, Zachary and Luke Cambronne, Morrison Clausen, and Emily Clausen, sister-Katie Orr, and brother Jim Sarset as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of a formal service, Paticia's family will be honoring her final wishes by taking her ashes to the Boundary Water Canoe Area in the coming spring. For those wishing to honor Patricia's memory a donation to the Oshkosh Area Humane Society in her name is greatly appreciated.
