Pearl E. Marhefke, 80, of Oshkosh died Saturday February 14, 2009 in Peabody Manor, Appleton. She was born March 2, 1928 in Neillsville, WI a daughter or Lester and Laona Evans Landgraf. Pearl married Ralph Marhefke on Sept. 6, 1958 in Oshkosh. Pearl was a member of the Good Sam- Paper Valley Breakaways of Wisconsin. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, flowers, cooking, canning, and her collection of ceramic roosters. Pearl especially enjoyed time with her grandkids and great-grandkids. She is survived by her husband Ralph, two daughters Patricia (Douglas) Schinski and Sara (Jay) Durkee, two sons Mark (Rene) Marhefke and Jeffery (Laura) Marhefke all of Oshkosh; two daughters-in-law Dawn Marhefke of Neenah and Jean Marhefke of Oshkosh; a sister Donna Seelow of Neillsville; fourteen grandchildren Steve, Heather, Matt, Jen, Nick, William, Doug Jr., James, Nathan, Tim, Mellanie, Cody, Danielle, Libbie, and also Buttons; four great-grandchildren Sam, Steve, Thomas, and Kaylee; five brothers and sisters-in-law Gertrude Jensen of Oshkosh, Eleanore Francis of Maryville, TN, Mary Ann Huebner of Oshkosh, Stanley (Mary) Marhefke of Oshkosh, and Daryl Wendt of Medford; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons Steven and Thomas. A funeral mass for Pearl will be held Thursday February 19, 2009 at 11:30 AM at Most Blessed Sacrament-St. Josaphat site (1323 Walnut St.), Rev. Robert Stegemann officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until the service. Burial will be in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pearls family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Curtis Baltz and his staff, Tim and Janice Anderson, and Mary Ann Huebner for all their love and support
