Philip A. Karpowitz Sr.

Philip A. Karpowitz, age 66, passed away at home on Thursday, February 11, 2021. He was born to the late Edward and Joyce Karpowitz on December 30, 1954 in Milwaukee. He attended Custer High School in Milwaukee. Philip served his country in the United States Air Force. He married the love of his life, Audrey Ollech on February 5, 1976 in Milwaukee. He enjoyed travelling, especially going on cruises; and was an avid packer fan.
Philip is survived by his wife, Audrey; children Philip (Jesse) Jr., David (Katie) Karpowitz, and Tracy (Jarmen) Walter; grandchildren, Jarmen Jr. and Gabriel Walter, Olivia, Ty, and Philip Karpowitz; brothers, Kenneth (Marcia) and sisters, Sharon (William) Hayen, and Pamela Clark. As well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Philip was preceded in death by his brother Joseph.
A gathering for Philip will be held on March 7, 2021 at DD’s BBQ (815 Ohio St, Oshkosh) from 1 until 4PM.
