Randy William Pettit

Randy W. Pettit, 58, of Oshkosh, died on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Omro Care Center. He was born on July 15, 1954 in Oshkosh the son of William and Bonnie Pettit. He attended school in the Omro School District and he was a U. S. Army veteran. He worked for Roberts Trucking Company,Survivors include his mother, Bonnie Pettit of Oshkosh; brothers, Larry (Elizabeth) Pettit of Davenport, Iowa, Rodney (Julie) Pettit of Winneconne; sister, Becky (Dean) Schultz of Rhinelander; and several nieces and nephews.Preceding Randy in death are his grandparents, Harry and Myrtle Pettit and George and Florence Martina; father, William Pettit; daughter, Rachel Pettit; and a nephew, Jason Schultz.A memorial ride is scheduled to leave the Omro Quick Trip parking lot at 10:30 am on Saturday, September 1, 2012. The ride will end at the Waushara County Park in Mount Morris where there will be visiting time from Noon to 1:00 pm. At 1:00 pm a memorial service will be conducted by Rev. Larry W. Pettit. Riding or not all are invited to the park to remember Randy. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
