Raymond Rutherford

Raymond Rutherford, 86, of Oshkosh died Tuesday May 28, 2013 at his residence. He was born August 13, 1926 in Marshfield a son of the late Julian and Anna (Luffier) Rutherford. He married Dorothy Adrian on July 7, 1967 in Menominee, MI. She preceded him in death on April 6, 1997.Ray was a lifelong resident of Oshkosh and had worked at Godshall Box Co. for many years and later at K-Mart. He was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church and was a WWII Army veteran.Ray is survived by a niece, Ellen (John) Murphy of Oshkosh; good friends, Niel McRae and Warren McRae of Oshkosh; sons, Mike and Jim Rutherford; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Marie Rutherford, five sisters, and a brother.A funeral service for Ray will be held Sunday June 2, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside, Rev. Ralph Hanusa officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the service. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park.
