Richard E. King, 64, passed away in Oshkosh on September 27th, 2020. Richard was born on August 26th, 1956 to Phineas King and Joyce Russell in Annapolis, Maryland.
He is survived by his 4 daughters, Misty, Kristina, Rebecca, and Rena; 1 grandson; 8 granddaughters; and his brother Kenny (Gloria) King. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Joe King.
No services will be held.
