Sandra Lee (Clark) Francart, 52, became a guardian angel on January 12, 2006. She was born on July 11, 1953 in Oshkosh, a daughter of Caroll and Bernice Hinz Clark. Sandy married Louis Skip Francart Jr. on June 18, 1978 in San Diego, CA.Sandra was a member of Peace Lutheran Church She and Skip both are 1972 graduates of Winneconne High School. For the past twelve years Sandy was the cook at the Century Elm Supper Club in Larsen, before that she had worked at Miles Kimball. Her favorite pastime was being with her family and friends, Christmas, making candy with her mother and most of all shopping with Morgan, cleaning with Trevor on Mondays and rocking Aaron.Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Skip; two sons, Jamie Clark of Larsen, Brian (Heidi) Francart of Oshkosh; one daughter, Misty Miller of Peshtigo; loving mother, Bernice Clark of Butte Des Morts; brothers, John (Kim) Clark of Winneconne, Dennis (Dawn) Clark of Pickett and Gary (Sandy) Clark of Oshkosh. She is survived by the loves of her life, her grandchildren, Morgan Doro, Jayden Miller, Trevor and Aaron Francart. Other survivors include her Godchildren, Cessy Clark, Craig Clark, and Bryan Folske. She will be remembered by her dear friends Peggy Folske, Ken and Mary Loehrke, Blanca and Tom Bump, John and Sue Bessert and numerous others. She was preceded in death by her father, Caroll Jim Clark and brother, James Clark.A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 16, 2006 at Peace Lutheran Church, 240 W 9th Ave, Oshkosh at 4:00 PM with the Rev. Milton Staskal officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Monday from 11:00 AM to the time of service.
