Scott A. Starks

Scott A. Starks, age 60, of Oshkosh, WI, passed away at his home on Friday, December 5, 2025.

Scott was born on December 11, 1964, the son of Joseph and Linda (Hall) Starks, in Millington, Tennessee while growing up in Georgia and Florida. He graduated from Lake Weir High School in Ocala, Florida then worked manufacturing all his life culminating in working at Oshkosh Truck for many years.

He loved spending time with his friends and family more than anything. Moving to Wisconsin in 2000, he made many new lasting friendships while keeping cherished old ones. He was the light of any life he encountered and selfless beyond measure. He could fix any problem, would help anyone in need, and always put everyone else first. Giving so much to so many he will leave a massive hole in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be remembered for his humor, positivity, and good nature.

Scott is survived by his sons, Eric Starks and Dillon (Eydis) Starks; siblings, Mark Starks, Robert Starks, Timothy (Lisa) Starks, and Terri (Jeff) Otte; He is further survived by several nephews, a niece, numerous extended family, and close friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; and his faithful canine, Carter.

A memorial service for Scott will take place on Friday, January 16, 2026, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Dr, Oshkosh. A time of visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. and continue until the start of the service.

In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
