Susan Ann Locke

Susan Locke, age 81, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2026 at Oakridge Gardens in Menasha. She was born to the late William and Mae (Kirby) Fellner on April 29, 1944 in Menasha.

Susan attended Miami-Dade University. She worked at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital in Miami as an X-Ray Technician. Most recently she proudly served on the Winnebago County Board of Directors from 2008 - 2022. She served on many committees and was very active in the community. She volunteered for Volunteer Fox Cities and was awarded many times for her dedicated hours of service.

Susan loved flowers and animals with a passion. She always had hundreds of plants and flowers at her apartment. She would always stop to pet a dog and a visit from a dog would brighten her day.

Susan is survived by her daughter, Debbie Jansen and granddaughter, Chelsea Jansen plus many cousins and friends.

In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by husbands William Locke and Frederick Engel. She was also preceded in death by close friends Tom Schindler and William Perry plus many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Per the wishes of Susan, a cremation has taken place.
