Susan Zabel

Susan Zabel, 76 passed away peacefully on April 9, 2025.

Susan was born on February 18,1949. As a lifetime Winnebago County resident, she grew up on a dairy farm between Oshkosh and Winneconne before spending the rest of her life in Oshkosh. Susan attended Winneconne High School where she met lifelong friends Barb, Aeralyn and Arla. She loved nature, especially flowers, and dogs, birds and bicycling.

Susan is survived by siblings Joyce Zahn of Seymour, Ted (Carol) Zabel of Hobart and Joel (Joy) Zabel of Tennessee; seven nieces and nephews and many grand-nieces and nephews.. She was preceded in death by brother-in-law Bill Zahn and parents Eleanor and Arnold Zabel.
