Tammy L. Jacobs, 50, of Oshkosh, was born on February 26, 1966 and died July 6, 2016. She was the daughter of Charles and Iris (Lanaghan) Whittaker. Tammy was a movie fanatic and loved the Green Bay Packers.Tammy is survived by her parents, Charles and Iris Whittaker; sons, Matthew Gelhar (Britny Tiedt) and Dale Allen Jr. (DJ); daughter Samantha (Derek) Burrell; grandchildren, Anthony, Tennessee, Jordan, Elizabeth and Elliana; brother, Sean; sister, Jamie (Michael) White; sister-in-law, Kathi Dvoran.Funeral services for Tammy will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes Westside (100 Lake Pointe Drive) with the Rev. Doug LeCaptain officiating. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home from 12:00 pm until time of service. Entombment will be at Lake View Memorial Park immediately following the service.A memorial has been established.
