Tracy Sue Swartz, 36, beloved mother, wife, daughter and friend passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Tracy was born in Oshkosh on November 7, 1974 a daughter of Joseph and Linda (Johnson) McCoy. On August 12, 2007 she married Steven Swartz in Amherst, WI.Survivors include her husband, Steve of Oshkosh; her mother, Linda McCoy (Paul Kracht) of Elcho, WI; a son, Brennen Nowland: a brother, Eric McCoy; close friend, Tyler McCoy; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law Duane and Judy Langer.A memorial service for Tracy is being held on Wednesday August 17, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 3 p.m. until the service.
