Wanda J. White

Wanda J. White, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, passed away at her home on June 13, 2026, with family by her side. She was born on September 24, 1964, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, to William and Barbara (Colburn) White. 

Wanda attended Oshkosh North High School, where she graduated in 1983. She went on to attend the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She started her first career in the world of radio, with her on-air name Holly Michaels, she worked for various radio stations. Including WOSH, WYNE/WROE, and WPKR in Oshkosh, as well as WMYX in Milwaukee and many others. In addition to her career in radio, Wanda served as a desk receptionist at the downtown YMCA, where she was often seen sporting a Reba shirt. 

Her love for Reba was evident, as she cherished the opportunities to meet her favorite singer, Reba McEntire. Wanda would often be on the courts, finding joy in playing tennis, racquetball, and pickleball. 

Wanda is survived by her mother, Barbara; her brother, Kevin (Cindy Hayman) White; Uncles, Robert (Sali) Colburn, Michael (Carrie) Colburn, Patrick (Lori) Colburn and Denny Dewing; Aunts, Lisa (Tagi) Shrakahalmaleske, Carol (John) Barlow and Cheryl. 

A visitation will be held on June 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home Eastside, located at 402 Waugoo Ave, Oshkosh, WI. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM, with burial to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Oshkosh. 

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Duwell, Compassus Hospice, Rev. John Wills, Julie Smith, and the staff at the YMCA. 

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Wanda.
